With views over the Tiber Valley in North Umbria, Sopra and Terra are recently renovated apartments in a rambling, old, Italian farmhouse.
Each can sleep up to 4 people in a double bedroom and a smaller twin bedded room.
Both have well equipped kitchens and bathrooms and comfortable sitting rooms. They share a small pool (saline treated with massage jets) and large terraced garden.
The farmhouse is surrounded by gentle wooded hills, fields and other small rural communities.
The nearby Cesena à Roma superstrada (E45) means Assisi, Perugia, Florence and Rome are all very accessible. The delightful little hill town of Montone, bustling Citta di Costello and Lake Trasimeno are all close by; as are Cortona, Sansepolcro and historic Gubbio.
Close by is the single track railway serving the stations between Perugia and Sansepolcro – an added bonus for occasional train-spotters!
Umbria is often called “the green heart of Italy”: come here to see why. It’s a great place to unwind, relax and enjoy some peace.

Casa Roberto, our new holiday-retreat centre, will be opening in late 2012. The house will have 3/4 twin-bedded, en suite rooms – one of which will accommodate the needs of visitors with disabilities. The large kitchen, which opens out onto a cool terrace, will be ideal for group catering. As well as a comfortable sitting room and library/dining room, Casa Roberto will have its own small chapel.
